Aviation Station offers a unique leasing opportunity in a one-of-a-kind space with deep historical roots and a creative vision for the future. Keeping the property’s meaningful past at the forefront, we are repurposing its existing improvements and creating new spaces on its unimproved acres to better facilitate the needs of modern commerce. We are currently working with the Glenn L. Martin Aviation Museum to purchase and display parts of a B-26 Martin Marauder aircraft and other historic airplane models once made in the building to bring the building’s aviation past to life.
Aviation Station can accommodate as many as seven retail pad sites, big box and junior box spaces, and a wide array of smaller tenants, including shops, salons, gas stations, convenience stores, and banks within its 100,000 square feet of retail space.
Office space at Aviation Station blends nearly a century of history with an urbanized vibe that supports any forward-thinking brand or business. A MARC commuter station is immediately adjacent (app. 250 yards NW) to Aviation Station, as well as direct access to MD-Route 43 and Eastern Boulevard, makes your office at Aviation Station easy to access.
Originally designed to suit the manufacturing of massive aircraft, the building’s ceiling heights, column widths, and load capacity are unique to the submarket. There is a natural grade on the east and west sides of the building that accommodate access and loading.
